Lisa Nicoll joined Open Table in 2022 with a background in clinical mental health and volunteer management. She has 13 years of experience working in a variety of roles for a non-profit that supported at-risk youth, families and volunteers. From providing direct service as a therapist to managing volunteer programming, Lisa has over a decade of experience working to make a difference in the lives of others.

Lisa’s passion for helping others extends to also helping systems improve through creating new processes and efficiencies. Lisa helps to manage the daily operations of Open Table to include financial oversight, reporting, processes and procedures, training and communication, and data collection.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Clinical Mental Health and Specialized Education Degree from James Madison University. Lisa currently lives in Richmond, VA where she loves spending time on the James River, finding great places to eat, and enjoying life with her friends and family.
